International Shipping & Fees
All worldwide shipments from our official international site qualify for free shipping, with the exception of the USA. Shipments to the USA incur a USD 15.00 delivery fee; however, orders exceeding USD 70.00 ship free to the USA. USA orders typically take approximately 4–7 business days from dispatch.
Duties & Taxes (DDP Terms)
Our shipping operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. This means all applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your order, no surprise charges at delivery.
Please note that in some cases, couriers may charge additional fees for special services beyond standard delivery, such as remote or rural area surcharges, address correction, redelivery attempts, or additional handling. These service fees are set by the courier and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you're unsure whether your location may incur such fees, we recommend checking with your local courier before ordering.

Regional Warehouses
Our warehouses are located in Japan and Hong Kong. Depending on your location and stock availability, your order may ship from different warehouses. This does not affect product quality or specifications, which remain consistent across all locations.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery date and time cannot be specified. Unless an item is out of stock, orders ship within about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders typically arrive roughly 3-5 business days after dispatch (USA: approximately 4–7 business days).
Please note that slight delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or delivery location (such as remote areas and islands). Some products may ship late or be sold as pre-orders, estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page, so please check when ordering.

Refused Deliveries, Extended Absence, or Undeliverable Packages Due to Address Errors
Carriers hold packages for up to about two weeks (this varies by carrier policy). Packages past the holding period are treated as refused and returned to us. Please note that we may charge you for this return shipping.
- For refused deliveries, refunds are issued minus a refund handling fee (Casefinite: USD 25; Ergofinite: USD 30).
- Returns due to incomplete addresses are increasingly common. A missing room number also counts as an incomplete address, so please double-check all details.
- Reshipment will incur a reshipping fee.
- Returns and exchanges for customer convenience cannot be accepted.
- For cancellations, refunds are issued minus a refund handling fee (Casefinite: USD 25; Ergofinite: USD 30).
- If we cannot confirm a reply from you, the refund will be issued minus the refund handling fee (Casefinite: USD 25; Ergofinite: USD 30).
