How We Work
We use a flextime system so you can work flexibly around your lifestyle. Outside of core hours (11:00-16:00), you control your working hours. For example, someone living far from central Tokyo, or who wants to avoid rush hour, can start at 11:00, or someone who wants to leave early can start at 8:00. We consider this kind of flexible work style simply normal. To maximize output, we support optimizing how you work and building the lifestyle that works for you.
