Shipping & delivery

Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days and shipped within 3-5 working days thereafter. Processing times may be extended during high volume periods such as new iPhone launches, Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year. Pre-order items ship according to the schedule stated on the product page.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined based on your delivery destination and order contents. Casefinite offers free shipping on qualifying orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold.

To view the exact shipping cost for your order, please proceed to the checkout page. The final shipping fee will be calculated and displayed before you complete your payment, allowing you to review all costs prior to purchase.

Customs & Import Duties

All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. While Casefinite covers the cost of shipping your order to your destination country, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your local customs authority remain your responsibility. These charges are imposed by government authorities and are outside of Casefinite's control. Please note that these terms were outlined in our Shipping Policy and were acknowledged during your checkout process.

Carriers

Casefinite ships orders through a variety of carriers depending on your destination. For most international locations, we partner with FedEx, UPS, or the local carrier in your country. Orders shipped within Taiwan are handled by T-Cat (黑貓宅急便), while deliveries within Hong Kong are managed by SF Express.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Time Designation

International orders do not offer specific delivery time slots. If you need to arrange a redelivery, please contact your carrier representative directly for assistance with scheduling.

Hold at Office / Collection

To arrange a hold-at-location or collection option for your Casefinite order, please contact your local carrier directly. They will be able to assist you with the specific details and requirements for this service.

Processing Time During High Volume

During periods of exceptionally high order volume, processing times for shipments may be extended beyond our standard timeframe. We appreciate your patience as we work through increased demand.

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, and you will receive a separate email notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched. You can monitor your order status at any time through your Casefinite account.

Orders & receipts

Receipt Issuance

We are happy to issue receipts for purchases made through the official Casefinite website. To request a receipt, please provide your order number and our team will process your request promptly.

Coupon / Discount Code

To apply a discount code to your order, please enter it in the coupon code field during checkout before completing your payment. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied after payment has been processed.

Discount codes are valid only during their specified validity period. Once a code has expired, it cannot be reactivated or extended. We recommend applying your discount code promptly to ensure you receive the intended savings.

Order Confirmation Email Not Received

We recommend first checking your spam or junk mail folder, as order confirmation emails are sometimes filtered there by email providers.

If you are unable to locate your confirmation email after checking these folders, please contact our customer service team with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. We will be happy to verify your order status and assist you further.

Address Change

If you need to change the address on your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at global[@]support.casefinite.com (replace [a] with @ before sending).

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to update the delivery address for you. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. In this case, you will need to contact your local carrier directly to arrange redelivery or collection at an alternative address.

Restock Notifications

We do not currently have confirmed restock dates for sold out items. To receive a notification when a product becomes available again, you may subscribe to our newsletter or use the "Notify me" button located on the product page at https://casefinite.global. This will ensure you are promptly informed of any restocking updates.

Manufacturing & country of origin

Casefinite is committed to partnering with the most talented manufacturers we can find around the world, regardless of location. Our products are currently manufactured in China, Vietnam, India, and the Philippines, where we have identified the best combination of quality craftsmanship and value.

To maintain our quality standards, we station staff from our Japan headquarters at each of these manufacturing locations to provide direct oversight. We recognize that manufacturing in these regions may raise concerns, and we take this responsibility seriously. All of our major suppliers must comply with our Code of Conduct, and we work closely with each partner to ensure that employees are treated fairly and that environmental and social responsibilities are upheld.

Credit Card Small Charge / Fraud Alert

We apologize for the inconvenience. A temporary authorization hold — usually a small amount — may be placed on your card during checkout to verify card validity. This is a standard payment verification process and will be automatically reversed. It is not an actual charge.
